FROM ALPHABET TO NUMBERS
Fluffy Numbers extends the material language of Fluffy Font into a complete set of numerical characters. Using the same ordinary office staples, the ten digits were developed as a coherent continuation of the original alphabet.
Created in 2017, the numerical set required approximately 35 hours of manual work. Each character measures around two centimetres in height and was shaped individually by hand, balancing immediate legibility with the physical limitations of the metal.
Presented individually and in graphic compositions, the numbers function both as typographic signs and miniature sculptures. Their repeated lines and subtle irregularities reveal the manual construction behind a visual system normally associated with mechanical precision.
